server unavailable URGENT

Hi,

My WebApp not stoping to give me this error

SERVER APPLICATION UNAVAILABLE

aspnet_wp.exe could not be started. The error code for the failure is
80004005. This error can be caused when the worker process account has
insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files. Please ensure that the
..NET Framework is correctly installed and that the ACLs on the installation
directory allow access to the configured account.

aspnet_wp.exe could not be launched because the username and/or password
supplied in the processModel section of the config file are invalid.

I already try almost everything and nothing resolve my problem. i already
try to see ASPNET user if it's ok with configurations and permissions, reset
iis, execute command's like aspnet_regiis -i and aspnet_regiis -r, etc, etc

Nothing works..

What can I do more??

rucaCan you give more details ie what account is ASP.NET running as,
operating system, version of .net?

Hvae you given access to the relevant files/folders to the asp.net
account?
I have the same prob, i tried everything too, no help:(
I run win xp pro, user aspnet, framework v1.1.4322
